School No. 5
This is a photo of the district #5 Wellman School House in Guilford, Vermont in the 1960’s. The schoolhouse is white with slate shingles on the roof. It has four windows that are four over four on the front right, and one big window on the front left of the building. The schoolhouse has long white shakes for siding all the way around. There is a chimney with lead flashing. The lawn has high grass, with three big trees and a good sized bush in front of the house. There is a dirt road and a 1960’s car, dark in color.
